  I normally don't complain about bad customer service but today I will. I normally don't go to this citi because its to far from my house I go to the one in Markham. By the way the one in Markham has great customer service. Anyway This morning at 10:15am I went to this citi trend off of Torrence ave. I picked up a few items here with my son. My son was a little excited so he was jogging around playing. I told him to claim down and stand by me. I guess the employee was irritated by him so she told him to stop running. My son was not destroying the store he was just being a boy. Clearly I was standing right beside him so I could talk to my son about his behavior myself. Also the lady offered to check me out but as she approached me I was counting my money, so I told her to give me a second, I guess she didn't hear me. After I finished counting my money I decided to go to the register she was at so I could get checked out. And She had the audacity to tell me that since I was doing something she started doing something so I could wait. She was very ignorant. But J. Knight politely took care of me. Thanks J! All I have to say is keep your problems at the door before you enter your work place, miss.
