  Called this location today before 7p the number on Website connects you directly. I got an automasked system that said the store is closed. I went back to the Website to double check it says 8p I then called a sister store to verify hours the GENTLEMAN called the LANSING store got same message the store is closed. Call the location in Lansing again finally Terrence picked up he was really nasty to me and I told him that I will take my business elsewhere I also called and got the regional managers number and name to report the bad service I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciate it and it's professional he basically told me in a nutshell I don't know where you're talking about the phone hasn't rang I went to explain to him that the website and also the automated system said that the store was closed he wasn't trying to hear any of that he was being very condescending and unprofessional and I'm also going to call regional manager again to report that because it was very very uncalled for
