  The lady that worked behind the desk was very rude. She refused to give me an extra towel. I literally had to carry my wet towel down to her, to get a new one. Then when I brought my dirty towel down, she told me I couldn't get anymore that day! Also, they also don't have an ironing board to use. Hotels are supposed to promote hospitality and I did not receive any. I thought they were supposed to make you feel like you were at home?! Did not feel that way, at all.
